SKILLS:
The Site Manager role would suit an experienced, delivery orientated
individual, with a degree / higher diploma in a construction related

experience, with a background in large scale apartments / residential
construction.
As Site Manager:
_RESPONSIBILITIES_ will include: ?
* Managing Subcontractors, construction team and Suppliers, ?
* Excellent knowledge of Trades and background, ?
* Ensure compliance with building regulations ?
* Reporting to Contract Manager / Head of Construction. ?
* Managing Health and Safety on Site.
